At The Mindset Mission Team, we believe in delivering high-quality products that inspire growth every day. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Because all of our posters and print products are made to order through our professional print-on-demand partners, returns work a little differently to traditional shops.

✅ If your order is faulty or damaged

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing fault, we will make it right:

  • Simply email us at stu@themindsetmissionteam.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be reprinted and shipped to you at no extra cost

 

❌ If you change your mind

Because every order is printed especially for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind (for example: choosing the wrong size, or deciding the design is not right after ordering).

We encourage you to check the product description, sizes, and previews carefully before confirming your order.

💷 Refunds

  • If a replacement is not suitable (e.g. the design is discontinued), we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed by our payment provider (Stripe/PayPal) and may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
  • You do not need to return the damaged item — our print partners do not require physical returns for faulty products.

Delivery Policy

At The Mindset Mission Team, every order is printed especially for you. This means your posters are not sitting in storage — they are freshly produced by our professional print partners before being shipped straight to your door.

🕒 Processing & printing times

  • Orders are usually processed and printed within 3–5 working days.
  • During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, back-to-school), processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you informed.

📦 Delivery times (UK)

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once printing is complete.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • All items are shipped directly from our UK print partners for speed and reliability.

🌍 Delivery outside the UK

At present, we primarily serve customers in the UK. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us first at stu@themindsetmissionteam.co.uk so we can confirm delivery options.

💷 Delivery costs

  • Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
  • We work with trusted local partners to keep shipping rates as fair and affordable as possible.

  • While we aim to meet the delivery times above, occasional courier delays are outside our control.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
